Ingredients
Base: 
500g (1lb) strong white flour
1 x 7g packet of easy blend yeast
300ml (1/2 pint) warm water
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
Toppings of your choice:
2 rashers of bacon or some cooked chicken or tuna
sliced tomato
227g tin chopped tomatoes
225g veg or fruit of your choice - peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, sweetcorn, pineapple
25g mature cheddar cheese

Method
Pre heat oven to 200c or Gas Mark 6
Sieve the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and yeast.
Add warm water, mix into a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes . Cover the dough and allow to prove for 20 minutes in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Divide dough in half and shape into two round disks.
Grease a tray and add the pizza base. Spread with tomato sauce, add other toppings, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.
