Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup pudding rice
Water
2 cup Skimmed milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Raisins

Method

Cook the rice in the water over medium heat until tender.
Add the skimmed milk and sugar.
Cook slowly over low heat until thickened.
Add the vanilla and raisins and spoon into serving dishes.
