Lighthouse Dad's

Lighthouse Children's Centre in Falmouth have been running a healthy lifestyles group for Dad's and their children in Falmouth and Penryn.

They look at healthy lifestyles and eating along with outdoor activities for fitness e.g. walkclimbing.  They grow their own food and look at healthy living & lifesyle.

Although the best bit of the project is the interaction between parent and child, spending quality time together and the fun everyone has.

The group meet every week at the Lighthouse Children's Centre, Falmouth with no charge.
