If your group don't have the time or facilities to run cooking sessions, you may want to try a one-off interactive session covering the key messages around healthy eating, which would be based around the Eatwell Plate and 5 A DAY.
We can also do short workshops on other topics such as budgeting, food storage, healthier packed lunches and the Food Standards Agency guidelines on food labelling
